We are nemensis, a team of experienced consultants who are passionate about creating the ideal match between companies and candidates, especially freelancers.

Our team is united by years of experience and a shared passion: helping companies find the right people for their projects. Each of us comes from a different field, and that’s precisely why we know how to build high-quality, long-term partnerships that deliver results. We combine diverse perspectives from our professional backgrounds to create solutions that simply work. We also protect our clients by helping them structure their collaborations with self-employed professionals in a way that is both secure and efficient. We also assist with internal audits and training for managers on engaging and collaborating with external professionals. In addition, under the auspices of LeadersLab by nemensis, we organize workshops and seminars for employers and freelancers, primarily in the areas of legislation and safe collaboration.

nemensis is a subsidiary of HOFMANN WIZARD s.r.o., which has more than 20 years of experience providing HR services on the Czech market. It is also part of the stable German I. K. Hofmann Group, which boasts a history spanning more than 40 years. Our de facto parent company is the successful nemensis AG, which was founded in 2016 in Germany. Thanks to the backing of the I. K. Hofmann Group, we are able to deliver innovation and long-term security to both our clients and contractors.

About the founder

Benjamin Walker is the CEO of nemensis AG in Germany, which he relaunched in 2020 as a subsidiary of I. K. Hofmann. After graduating from Heidelberg University, he entered the contracting industry in 2016. With over 500 successfully completed projects to his name, he is recognized as an industry expert with many years of hands-on experience in both sales and recruiting. In 2020, he relaunched nemensis AG as a specialized freelance agency in the midst of the pandemic. Since then, the Hamburg resident has been guiding the company on an ambitious growth path to become an established player in the German market.

Part of a strong group

nemensis AG was founded as a subsidiary of a renowned Swiss personnel services provider and has adopted its tradition of quality and responsible approach to clients. Although its roots lie in Switzerland, today it operates as an independent entity specializing exclusively in the placement of freelancers.

This independence allows nemensis AG to focus fully on creating solutions tailored precisely to the needs of our clients. At the same time, however, it benefits from the strong background and extensive know-how of its parent company, the I. K. Hofmann Group.

In 2024, nemensis AG achieved a turnover of over €25 million on the German market and works with more than 300 active contractors on various projects.
