At nemensis experts s.r.o., we want everyone to be able to navigate our website easily – regardless of any limitations. That is why we are continuously working on improving our online services and making them accessible to all users.

The legal basis is Act No. 99/2019 Coll., on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications, and related implementing regulations.

This statement applies to the website: www.nemensis.cz

How accessible is our website?

Our website is currently only partially accessible. Some of the technical and content-related requirements set out by law are not yet fully met. We are working to gradually remove these shortcomings.

What is (still) not fully accessible?

1. Text in images/graphics with text

  • Problem: Some parts of the website use graphical elements containing text (e.g. buttons or banners).
  • Solution: Wherever possible, we replace these elements with more accessible variants or add alternative descriptions.

2. Forms

  • Problem: Not all online forms are technically fully accessible.
  • Solution: New forms are created accessible from the outset, existing ones are being gradually updated.

3. Missing labels

  • Problem: Some form fields (e.g. the search field on the homepage) are not correctly labeled.
  • Solution: These issues will be addressed progressively.

4. PDF documents

  • Problem: Some PDF files on the website are not in a fully accessible format.
  • Solution: New documents are created as accessible; for older or external files we provide, where possible, an HTML alternative.

5. Missing alternative texts

  • Problem: Some images lack alternative text.
  • Solution: For all new visual content, we ensure that alt texts are consistently provided.

What do we consider a disproportionate burden?

1. Plain language texts

  • Basic company and navigation information is available in plain language.
  • However, professional or highly specialized texts cannot be meaningfully translated into plain language without losing their accuracy.

2. Complex graphics with explanatory text

  • Some illustrations are used to visualize internal processes or working models, often intended for a professional audience.
  • In such cases, it is not always possible to provide a fully accessible alternative.
